General Principles
Refunds for digital products (Videos) purchased on drcreative-video.com are subject to this policy, the terms of the offer, and the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the Law on Consumer Protection.
Returns are only possible if the conditions set forth in this section are met and do not apply to situations unrelated to product defects or non-compliance with the description.
Return Policy
The Video does not match the description on drcreative-video.com (significant discrepancies with the characteristics specified in the description).
The Video has significant technical defects that cannot be corrected within a reasonable time.
The Content cannot be correctly provided to the Buyer due to technical reasons beyond the Buyer's control.
Returns are permitted only if access to the Video was not provided or did not function properly due to the Seller's fault. Claim Submission Deadlines
Refund requests are accepted no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of purchase/access activation, unless otherwise provided by the content license or separately agreed upon terms.
Request Submission Procedure
The Buyer submits a refund request through their personal account on the website or by emailing support at daryocreative@outlook.com, specifying:
order number and purchase date;
description of the problem/discrepancy;
evidence (screenshots, links, description of the technical issue);
preferred refund method (to the original payment method or to the account balance).
The support team will review the submitted claim and provide a decision within a reasonable time (usually within 14 business days).
Refund Methods and Crediting Timeframes
Refunds are made using the same payment method used to make the payment, unless otherwise agreed upon with the Buyer.
In the case of a refund to the account balance, the crediting timeframe may depend on the payment system's policies; Refunds to the original payment system typically take up to 14 business days from the date of the decision.
If there are no grounds for a refund, the Buyer will receive a refund at no additional cost.
Non-refundable
Access to the Video was provided and the Buyer was able to view/download it, unless otherwise provided by the license terms and/or return policy.
The content was as described and had no obvious defects.
Any use that violates the license terms, the Platform's rules, or the law, including providing access to third parties, if this results in the loss of the right to a refund.
Content Exchange
Exchanges are possible by mutual agreement of the parties and only if content of similar value and characteristics is available in the Site catalog.
The decision to exchange is made by the support team based on the evidence provided and the availability of alternatives.
Other Terms
All notifications regarding refunds are sent to the same contact information as other inquiries listed on the Site.
Returns and exchanges are carried out within the framework of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the applicable Site policies.
