Payment and Delivery

1. Currency and Prices
*All Video prices are listed in UZS on the Platform and may or may not include VAT, in accordance with applicable law.
*We adhere to a price change policy: prices in effect at the time of payment are applied to the order. Changes to payment terms and prices do not apply to previously accepted orders placed before the date the changes are published.
2. Payment Methods
*Bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
*Online payments through payment systems supported by the Platform.
*Bank transfer/transfer via banking apps.
*E-wallets and mobile payments, if available on the Platform.
*Additional security measures (e.g., 3D Secure) may be applied to protect transactions during payment processing.
3. Payment Processing and Acceptance
*Acceptance of the Offer is deemed to be the receipt of payment and the corresponding confirmation through the Platform and/or to the specified email address.
*The Agreement is considered concluded upon payment, after which the Buyer is granted access to the Video in accordance with the delivery terms.
4. Delivery and Access to Content
*Video delivery is available in one or more of the following formats: direct access in the personal account, file download (downloadable video), streaming, or a viewing/download link.
*Access to the Video is granted after successful payment and confirmation. Depending on the delivery format, the Buyer receives access immediately or as soon as possible.
*In the event of technical failures in the payment system, access to the Video may be temporarily restricted until payment verification is completed and the issue is resolved.
5. Delivery Formats
*The following delivery formats are available: downloadable file (Video), online streaming, and a link to access the content.
*Delivery formats and parameters are specified on the Platform for each product and are subject to change by the Administrator without notice, but do not apply to orders already paid for.
6. Access Periods
*Access to purchased Videos is generally retained within the Buyer's personal account indefinitely, unless otherwise provided by a specific content license or a special return policy.
*In the event of a payment dispute, access may be restricted until the dispute is resolved.
7. Refunds and Refunds (for Digital Products)
*For digital products, returns or cancellations are governed by the Platform's return policy and license terms. Refunds for digital content are generally permitted only in cases of obvious product non-compliance with the description or technical defects confirmed by customer support within a reasonable time.
*The decision on a refund is made by the relevant customer support team based on the case file.
8. Security and Data Protection
*Payment and payment processing are carried out in compliance with payment security and data protection requirements.
*Personal data is processed in accordance with the Platform's Privacy Policy and the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
9. Technical Questions and Support
*If problems arise with payment or access to Videos, the User can contact customer support via the contact information on the Platform.                   *If necessary, the Administration may temporarily suspend access to Content to verify transactions or address technical issues.
10. Other Terms
*Any notifications regarding payment and delivery issues will be sent via the contact information specified on the Platform (email, personal account, etc.).
*This text supplements and applies in conjunction with the terms of the Offer and User Agreement.
