1. Customer Engagement & Ordering Process

After discussing the customer’s video requirements (purpose, duration, style, script, existing materials, etc.), our support team generates a unique order draft and an individual electronic contract for that order. The customer then registers on the website (if not already registered), reviews and signs the contract electronically, and makes payment through the integrated payment gateway (supporting Uzcard, Humo, Payme, Click, Visa, Mastercard).

2. Delivery Workflow (Step‑by‑Step)

1. Customer contacts support – provides video requirements.
2. Support creates order + electronic contract – each order has its own PDF contract (Uzbek/Russian).
3. Customer registers / logs in on the website.
4. Customer signs contract by checking “I agree” and clicking “Confirm Order” (electronic signature recorded with timestamp and IP).
5. Customer pays via the payment gateway (within 48 hours after contract signing).
6. Customer uploads raw materials (video, images, audio) – automatic content filtering for prohibited items.
7. DR Creative produces the video – strictly following Uzbekistan laws.
  · Internal double review: content reviewer + legal compliance officer.
8. Preview link (watermarked, encrypted) sent via email / Telegram / WhatsApp.
9. Customer feedback & revisions – up to two free revisions; extra revisions incur a 10% fee.
10. Final acceptance – customer clicks “Accept Delivery”.
11. Final video delivery – high‑resolution MP4 (no watermark) provided via website download, email, or direct messaging.
12. Order archive – contract, chat logs, feedback, and final video stored for 5 years.

3. Legal Compliance – Uzbekistan Legislation

All videos created by DR Creative Video strictly comply with the following laws and regulations of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

· Law “On Mass Media” (No. LRU‑530, 2020) – prohibits dissemination of information that may harm national security, public order, or morality.
· Law “On Advertising” (No. LRU‑530, 2021) – requires truthful advertising; bans religious, political, and obscene content.
· Law “On Information” (No. 439‑II, 2019) – forbids distribution of materials that destabilize the state, incite ethnic hatred, or contain pornography.
· Criminal Code of Uzbekistan – articles on production and distribution of pornographic materials (Art. 129) and incitement of religious hatred (Art. 141).

4. Absolutely Prohibited Content (Zero Tolerance)

Religion Any religious symbols (cross, crescent, Star of David), religious buildings (mosques, churches), religious rituals, clergy images, holy texts, prayers.
Pornography / Obscenity Nudity, sexual acts, sexual innuendo, lingerie advertising, adult products.
Politics Insults against the President, government, national flag or emblem of Uzbekistan; false territorial maps; ethnic or racial discrimination.
Violence Blood, murder, torture, animal cruelty, terrorist symbols (e.g., ISIS flags).

Copyright Unauthorized music, images, or video clips (we use licensed libraries only).

5. Individual Contract for Every Order

· Each order has a separate electronic contract (PDF) signed by the customer before payment.
· The contract specifies: parties, order number, video specifications, price, delivery time, revision policy, refund terms, compliance obligations, and dispute resolution under Uzbekistan law (Tashkent Economic Court).
· Signed contracts are stored for 5 years and can be provided to the gateway upon request.

6. Data Retention & Audit
· All customer communications (Telegram/WhatsApp logs, emails) are attached to the respective order.
· Server logs (IP, timestamps, user actions) are kept for at least 3 years.
· The gateway authority may request any order’s full record (contract, chat history, internal review logs, final video) – we provide it within 24 hours.

7. Company Declaration

DR Creative Video hereby declares that the above workflow is fully implemented on our website. We never produce or deliver any video containing religious, pornographic, political, violent, or otherwise illegal content as defined by Uzbekistan law. We accept regular inspection by the payment gateway authorities.
